Prepayment by SEPA bank transfer

You can conveniently pay by SEPA bank transfer from your bank account within the European Economic Area. Please transfer the invoice amount in advance to our account.

You will also receive the bank details in the order confirmation email.

To help us allocate your payment quickly, please include your name and invoice number in the payment reference. Please note that your order will be shipped only after we have received your payment.

PayPal:

With PayPal, you can pay during checkout using your PayPal account. Thanks to the instant payment confirmation, we are usually able to process and ship your order more quickly. If you pay via direct debit through PayPal, PayPal will debit the amount from your bank account a few days later.

If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will be automatically redirected to PayPal to complete the payment.

You may also be able to pay via SEPA direct debit or credit card through PayPal, depending on availability.

SEPA core direct debit:

When paying by SEPA Core Direct Debit or SEPA Business Direct Debit, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.

You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date. Please ensure that your account has sufficient funds on the announced date.

Purchase on account for resellers/therapists:

At ZIEGENKRAFT GbR, you may also pay for your order by invoice and transfer the invoice amount to our account after receiving the goods. Please note that we offer this payment method exclusively to business customers and only after prior verification.

Apple Pay:

With Apple Pay, you can complete your purchase quickly and conveniently in the Safari browser on an Apple device. Apple Pay uses the payment methods stored in your Apple Account (e.g., Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and other supported cards). If you make your purchase on an Apple device without Touch ID or Face ID, you may need to verify the payment using another Apple device.

Google Pay:

With Google Pay, you can pay quickly and easily. To use the service, you need to set up Google Pay on your device. Google Pay works with many debit and credit cards in Germany. You can also link a bank account via PayPal in Google Pay, depending on availability.
