Prepayment by SEPA bank transfer

For prepayment, you transfer the invoice amount yourself from your bank account to our account.

The bank details are shown when you select prepayment and after you place your order.

Please include your name and order number in the payment reference. Your goods will be shipped only after we have received the invoice amount.

PayPal

If you select PayPal at checkout, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete your payment. You can see which funding sources are available to you during the payment process at PayPal. Any direct debit selected there is processed through PayPal.

SEPA core direct debit:

When paying by SEPA Core Direct Debit or SEPA Business Direct Debit, you authorize us by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate to collect the invoice amount from the specified account.

You will receive a pre-notification at least 5 days before the direct debit date. Please ensure that your account has sufficient funds on the announced date.

Purchase on account for resellers/therapists:

At ZIEGENKRAFT, you can also order on account following prior approval and transfer the invoice amount to our account after receiving the goods. We offer this payment method exclusively to business customers.

Apple Pay

If Apple Pay is offered at checkout, you can complete your payment there using Apple Pay.

Google Pay

If Google Pay is offered at checkout, you can complete your payment there using Google Pay.

Cards and Shop Pay

Card payments and Shop Pay are available through Shopify Payments. The payment methods offered for your order are shown at checkout.
