Prepayment by SEPA transfer

Conveniently and easily pay directly from your bank account throughout the European Economic Area.
You transfer the invoice amount in advance to our account

You will also receive the account details via email with the confirmation of receipt.

To ensure we can process your order quickly, please include your name and invoice number in the payment reference.
Please note that your goods will not be dispatched until we have received the invoice amount.

PayPal

With PayPal, you pay during the ordering process using your PayPal account. With instant payment confirmation, you'll receive immediate notification of your payment receipt and can ship your order quickly. PayPal will debit the amount from your bank account a few days later via direct debit.

If you choose PayPal as your payment method, you will automatically be redirected to the PayPal.de website to make the payment.

You can also pay with PayPal via SEPA direct debit and with your credit card.

SEPA core direct debit

When paying by SEPA Direct Debit or SEPA Business Direct Debit, you authorize us to collect the invoice amount from the specified account by issuing a corresponding SEPA mandate. You will receive a pre-notification at least five days before the direct debit date. Please note that you are responsible for ensuring sufficient funds in your account by the announced date.

Purchase on account for resellers/therapists

At Ziegengold GmbH, you can also conveniently pay for your order by invoice and transfer the invoice amount to our account after receiving the goods. Please note, however, that we can only offer this payment method to corporate customers and only after prior verification.

Apple Pay:

With Apple Pay, you can quickly and conveniently complete your purchase in the Safari browser on an Apple device. Apple Pay uses the Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, and other supported cards stored in your Apple account. If you make your purchase on an Apple device without Touch ID or Face ID, you will also need to verify the payment with another Apple device.

Google Pay:

With Google Pay, you can pay quickly and easily. To use the service, you first need to download and set up the free Google Pay app for Android. This app is linked to your Google Account. Google Pay already works with numerous debit and credit cards in Germany. Furthermore, any bank account can be linked to Google Pay via PayPal.
