For deliveries outside Europe (e.g. Russia, North/Central/South America, Africa, the Middle East, Asia, Australia/Oceania), we calculate shipping costs individually based on the actual costs incurred. Please contact us in advance for a quote.
Note for large orders
For orders of whole goat's milk powder exceeding 5 kg, please send us an individual enquiry regarding the shipping price.

No deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays.
If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will inform you immediately. In this case, any payments already made will be refunded without delay.
General information about delivery
Unless a different delivery time is specified in the offer, shipping within Germany usually takes place within 3–4 working days, and for international deliveries within 4–8 working days after conclusion of the contract or receipt of payment.
If you have ordered several items with different delivery times, we will ship the order in one joint delivery. The delivery time is then based on the item with the longest delivery time, unless otherwise agreed.
