Product description
The powder consists of dried whole goat milk and naturally contains milk fat, protein and lactose. It is included in the existing ration in small amounts; it does not replace a complete feed.
Not every animal tolerates milk components. For puppies and kittens, this product is not a substitute for a fully formulated milk replacer.
Feeding recommendation
Total amount of powder per day – guide amounts for adult dogs and cats
The amounts in grams refer to dry powder, not the prepared liquid.
- Body weight up to and including 10 kg: approximately 2.5–5 g
- Body weight over 10 kg and up to and including 25 kg: approximately 5–10 g
- Body weight over 25 kg: approximately 10–15 g
Mix the daily amount dry into food or stir into a little lukewarm water. Do not use boiling water. Start with a small amount and increase only if well tolerated. Account for the powder as part of the total daily ration.
Prepare mixed portions fresh, feed promptly and discard leftovers. Provide fresh drinking water. This guide is not a feeding plan for puppies or kittens; young animals need an individual feeding plan from a veterinarian.
