Product description
The colostrum capsules contain dried goat first milk. Propolis is a resinous mixture processed by bees, used as an extract in the propolis capsules.
You receive the two products separately packaged. Each container has its own directions for use.

Goat Colostrum Capsules · 90 capsules – directions for consumption
Daily serving: 4–6 capsules in total.
Take 2–3 capsules twice a day on an empty stomach with water. If needed, open the capsules and stir the contents into cold foods.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
Propolis Capsules · 70 capsules – directions for consumption
Daily serving: 3 capsules in total.
Take 1 capsule three times a day with plenty of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
